Penn State Football: Game-by-game predictions for 2018
After winning the Fiesta Bowl last season, Penn State Football has a chance to take that next step and make it to the College Football Playoff in 2018.
Penn State had an 11-2 record last season with losses coming against Ohio State and Michigan State. Both of those losses were away games, and Penn State has not lost at home since 2015.
Now, the team is riding momentum heading into the 2018 season, but they have a difficult schedule that will likely include at least four ranked opponents. Based on the preseason polls, their most difficult games will be against Wisconsin, Ohio State, Michigan State, and Michigan.
Fortunately, Michigan is the only one of those four games that is an away game this season. This will give the Nittany Lions an edge and a strong chance to make it to the Big Ten Championship Game again after winning it in 2016.
