The Great Danes were no match for Pittsburgh as the Panthers cruised to an easy victory last week. Kenny Pickett took care of business as he threw for two touchdowns and ran another score in the win. The Panthers have a chance at a major upset this week as they face No. 10 Penn State at home.

The Tar Heels seemed to struggle all game long against Cal. They were down 17-0 at halftime, the score was 24-3 entering the fourth, and they picked up two touchdowns that didn’t have much of an impact on the perception of the game. They face East Carolina this week and if the Tar Heels fall in this one it could be the start of a disastrous season for Larry Fedora and Co.

The Cardinals looked overmatched and in trouble from the opening whistle against Alabama. Facing the No. 1 team in the country Louisville was dominated in every aspect of the game They allowed both Alabama quarterback’s to make plays through the air and extend plays on the ground. It was as bad of a start as you can get for a team that had hopes of competing for a conference championship.
