Call me crazy, but I think Texas A&M football has what it takes to upset Clemson. Here are my five reasons the Aggies could pull off the impossible.
In a reunion of sorts, Dabo Swinney brings his Tigers to Kyle Field to take on Jimbo Fisher and the Aggies. If you didn’t already know, a year ago Jimbo Fisher was chilling in the ACC with the Florida State Seminoles.
Now, Fisher has moved to Aggieland and has a new team to play with. Do the Aggies have what it takes to give Clemson one for the loss column? Lets take a look at why the could do just that.
5. It’s a sellout at Kyle Field
There is one thing that Texas A&M takes pride in — the 12th Man. As it stands, this is a sellout at Kyle Field. Recently, that hasn’t meant much. Kevin Sumlin and company haven’t exactly made Kyle Field the scary place it used to be. However, Jimbo Fisher and this team seem set out to change that.
That all starts on Saturday night. This team and this coaching staff are set to make a change in the culture in Aggieland. That change was implemented on Thursday when the Aggies took down Northwestern State. However, now the real work begins. If all goes the way it should and the crowd shows up — ready and loud — this could be an upset in the making.
