Alabama football opened the season with a convincing win over Louisville and followed it up with a victory over Arkansas State in Week 2.

Another week, another blowout win for Alabama. The Crimson Tide opened the season with a convincing win over Louisville and then followed it up with a 57-7 victory over Arkansas State.

The Red Wolves aren’t exactly an elite opponent, but no win in college football comes easy these days. Well, the Crimson Tide made it look like a walk in the park as they pulled out another double-digit win and second straight victory by 30 points or more.

Nick Saban’s team looked like a well-oiled machine and Tua Tagovailoa continued to show why he is earning the starting snaps for the No. 1 team in the country. This team is absolutely frightening.

Here’s a look at what we learned from the Alabama win.

3. Najee Harris needs more touches

When he gets his opportunities, he makes the most of them. Though that wasn’t especially the case against Louisville as he had just eight carries for 30 yards and a touchdown, but he looked like the starting running back against Arkansas State with slightly more touches.

Splitting time with Damien Harris can be tough for any back, but Najee takes advantage of the opportunities he’s given.

In fact, he ran the ball 13 times for 135 yards, averaging just over 10 yards per carry. Damien ran the ball 12 times for 61 yards and Josh Jacobs had five carries for 14 yards.

Najee may be the most explosive back the Tide have and he needs to touch the ball more. Hopefully the Tide will get him the ball against tougher foes.
