Capital One Orange Bowl – Alabama Crimson Tide vs Auburn Tigers
For now we still have the Iron Bowl playing in the Orange Bowl. The Alabama Crimson Tide are the best team in the nation and it’s obvious why. Tua Tagovailoa shined once again in Alabama’s 57-7 win over Arkansas State on Saturday, passing for over 220 yards and four touchdowns.
In Week 3, the Tide take on Ole Miss which could be a trap game with Texas A&M the following week. But with Nick Saban at the helm, Alabama should be focused on the task at hand.
The Auburn Tigers scored 42 points in the first half against Alabama State this Saturday. But this week will more like the Tigers’ season opener. Auburn welcomes in LSU, who is one of the more surprising teams in this still-early season. A win for Auburn would hold strong in the SEC and our NY6 Projections but a loss could put a blemish on their end of season resume and both conference and bowl play.
