LSU football comes into this SEC showdown extremely confident it can walk out with a win. The Tigers face Auburn on the road in a big Week 3 bout.

The Auburn Tigers come into this game looking very dominant in their first two contests. They had a top matchup up against Washington in Week 1 and took care of business.

The Week 2 pay for play game against Alabama State was a walk in the park but this game against LSU will be their first tough test in SEC play.

LSU has defeated a top 10 team as well, winning against Miami on Sunday night in Week 1. The Tigers also had a pay for play game against Southeast Louisiana, but still somehow struggled to score points.

If the Tigers were only able to put up 31 against an FCS opponent, how will they do against one of the stronger defenses in the SEC?

This is the first of many high profile matchup’s in the SEC West and will certainly have implications on the conference and national title landscapes.

Take a look at the three bold predictions as we head into Auburn vs LSU.
