1. Taylor Cornelius has been on fire

Is there a more surprising quarterback in college football to this point in the season? Probably not. Taylor Cornelius has been an absolute monster for the Cowboys through two weeks, passing for 728 yards and six touchdowns, but he does have three interceptions.

Not many teams will be able to slow down this offense this season and it’s because the Cowboys just have too many pieces to worry about.

In fact, Cornelius has Justice Hill and a slew of receivers to go along with a steady offensive line and he’s been incredibly accurate, completing about 67 percent of his throws.

While he has yet to play a serviceable opponent, Cornelius is the type of guy who could take over a game and make defenses think twice about blitzing and removing players from pass coverage.

Cornelius is one of the most improved players in the country and he should have no problem passing for 300-plus yards against the Broncos in a statement win.
