Week 3 of college football was crazy, there is honestly no other way to put it. Who were the big winners and losers after the newest AP Poll?

This week was absolute insanity- for ranked and non-ranked teams alike. Going into this week, very few games were on the slate that had people particularly excited. However, the weekend proved to be a lot more exciting than people think.

Before we get into the biggest winners and losers, lets talk about those middle of the road teams after Week 3. These two teams can be considered a winner and a loser, but they aren’t exactly part of the “biggest” side of that category.

Let’s start with Auburn. The Tigers blew a big lead to LSU for the second straight season to fall 22-21. They only fell from No. 7 to No. 9, but that still isn’t exactly a win for them when they are stuck in the SEC West with the likes of Alabama, LSU and company.  They are a loser this week, but not the biggest for sure.

After knocking off then No. 6 Wisconsin, BYU has moved into the Top 25. They are only No. 25- so not a huge deal. However, this team has established themselves as one who could break some hearts this season and play spoiler to quite a few teams chances at big postseason bids.

With that, let’s get on with those big winners and losers.
