It wasn’t pretty, but a win is a win. How much should we read into Texas A&M football‘s struggles to put away ULM at home in Week 3?

Texas A&M was the talk of the town a week ago when they nearly upset No. 2 Clemson. However, it took a win over ULM to push them into the AP Rankings- where they now sit at No. 22. However, heading to Alabama could change all that. A loss, especially one by a big spread, would be detrimental to their desire to stay in the rankings.

The Aggies are sitting at 2-1 and will be heading to Tuscaloosa, facing off against the Tide in a game that will be hosted by SEC Nation before being aired on CBS as the Game of the Week. The Aggies have shown quite a bit of promise from the start of the season, however, fans have seen strong starts before. The question now is how the Aggies will show up in the upcoming weeks, especially in the month of November.

However, before we get to the end of the season- we have to make it through the beginning. Through three weeks, the Aggies have been all around- decent. Now, it’s time to talk about what happened against ULM and what it tells us about the Aggies. Simply put, it’s time to overreact- something that Texas A&M fans seem to do quite well these days.
