Bryce Love

Bryce Love, the 2017 Doak Walker Award winner has a rough beginning to his final season at Stanford. Averaging under 100 yards and having one touchdown in his two appearances was not the start that Love wanted to kick off his Heisman campaign. Nonetheless, the Cardinal have still won and Love’s best game came in that big win over USC. And sitting out the UC-Davis with an injury, could benefit both Love and the Cardinal.

Love averaged over 8.5 yards on 17 carries and found the end zone twice in last year’s game against the Oregon Ducks. And while playing backup to Christian McCaffrey in 2016, Love totaled up 82 yards on the ground with just five carries.

Bryce Love will be a deciding factor in the Cardinal win on Saturday, not only because of his success against he Ducks in the past, but because he has already proved to be the best running back in the nation. He is bound to have a breakout game; so why not this one?
