1. Trevor Lawrence is clearly ‘the guy’

It was one of those things people didn’t really talk about at the start of the season but it truly was the elephant in the room. Who would be the guy at quarterback for the Tigers?

Kelly Bryant led the Tigers to the College Football Playoff a season ago and he was only going to get better, right? Well, insert true freshman Trevor Lawrence, arguably the top passer in the 2018 recruiting class and his job has not been so solid.

Lawrence had a chance to prove himself against the Yellow Jackets and he did just that, showing why he should be ‘the guy’ for Clemson moving forward.

In fact, Lawrence finished 13-of-18 for 176 yards and four touchdowns with a lone interception, but looked like one of the top quarterbacks in the country.
