Will the Bruins finally win a game?

At this point in the season, the Bruins still have not won a single game under new head coach, Chip Kelly. The Bruins have a record of 0-3, with last week being a bye week. Their opponent, the Colorado Buffaloes, have had the opposite start to the season, coming into the game undefeated at 3-0.

More college football transfer drama lies with UCLA now that quarterback, Devon Modster, has announced he will be leaving UCLA. Modster started the last three games of the year under center in 2017 after Josh Rosen had a minor injury and did not come back in preparation for the NFL. Chip Kelly decided to start Michigan transfer, Wilton Speight, at the beginning of the year. But after Speight was injured within the first half of their opening game, freshman, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, took over quarterbacking duties.

As for Colorado, the Buffaloes have decent wins against Colorado State, Nebraska, and New Hampshire. Colorado is still in the hunt for the Pac-12 championship. UCLA will be the Buffaloes’ first conference opponent. This should help Colorado get off to a good start with a home game against a weaker conference opponent.
