Saturday afternoon’s Baylor vs. Oklahoma football game could end up closer than expected, but it’s time to be bold ahead of the Big 12 showdown.

Did anyone see Army putting up the kind of fight it did against Oklahoma in Week 4? The Sooners were just hoping to come away with a comfortable win, but the Black Knights had other ideas.

Oklahoma has a Heisman candidate under center, but his campaign may have taken a slight hit with the tight win, though he played well. He passed for just 165 yards through the air but did have three touchdowns and rushed for another 71 yards and a score.

The Sooners will get another opportunity to pick up a comfortable win in Week 5 against a Baylor team that has been lightly-tested. The Bears will hope to pull off the upset in Norman, but don’t hold your breath.

Oklahoma will look to get back on track, but will Baylor put up too much of a fight?

3. Kyler Murray finishes with 400 total yards

It was a somewhat quiet day for Kyler Murray against Army in Week 4 as he finished with about 230 yards and four total touchdowns, but he’ll go off against Baylor’s average defense.

The Bears allow about 348 total yards per game but Murray will surpass that on his own. He’ll account for 400-plus yards which will be mostly through the air, but he’ll add 80 on the ground.

On top of those 400-plus yards, Murray will record four touchdowns. The offense will carry the load for the Sooners while the defense may have a rougher day.

Murray’s Heisman campaign will continue against the Bears and he may just become the front-runner after this performance.
