Texas A&M football found a way to win the 2018 edition of the Southwest Classic. Is Arkansas finally figuring it out or did the Aggies get lazy?

Texas A&M and Arkansas met yet again at AT&T Stadium and yet again this game was full of heart attack after heart attack. I wasn’t exactly expecting this game to be as close, especially because of how strong the first quarter was for the Aggies.

Once again, Donovan Wilson came threw with the game-clinching interception. He’s a rockstar, and here are a few more things we learnd about these teams in Week 5.

3. The Southwest Classic will always be weird.

This game is always going to be an actual heart attack for both sets of fans. Even when the game has ended in a big-time blowout, the first half was close and gave us all never-ending anxiety. Is Arkansas figuring it out as the season pushes towards the center point? Are the Aggies doomed for another late-season fall? Who knows, but at this point, I do know one thing…the Southwest Classic is stressful and always will be.

Honestly, this game doesn’t tell us a lot in terms of either team being a contender or not. It is simply just a weird one that will always have both sets of fans tearing their hair out from the roots. Maybe, at one point, it will end well for the Razorbacks. However, as of right now, it seems like it tradition for this game to get weird and for the Aggies to break the hearts of Arkansas fans around the world.
