Notre Dame football picked up yet another big win, improving to 6-0 on the year. It’s time to overreact after the Irish took down the Virginia Tech Hokies.

Notre Dame football entered the game against Virginia Tech looking to and make a claim that they should be In the college football playoff discussion. The offense started off slow with Brandon Wimbush calling the shots, but since making the switch to Ian book the offense has looked like one of the best in the nation.

Oklahoma’s loss in the Red River Shootout should vault the Irish into the top five and they could sneak into the playoff if Georgia or Clemson slip up as well.
