The Hurricanes are as hot as any one-loss team in the country. It took a while for them to get things going but they pulled off the biggest comeback in their historic rivalry against Florida State and took home a 28-27 victory. Miami faces Virginia on the road this weekend and if they win this game they should be able to run the table to the ACC title game.

The Tigers run offense is scary. Travis Etienne continues to play great and had another three-touchdown performance for the second straight week. He finished with 167 yards and was one of three Clemson running backs to rush for over 100 yards and a score. The Tigers have the week off and then face North Carolina State and will hope to avoid the upset at home.

At this point, all signs point to the Clemson Tigers makig a return trip to the College Football Playoff. They won’t be handed the opportunity without a challenge, but the gap at the top continues to widen in the ACC.
