The 2018 college football season has reached mid year. As we start on the second half of the season, what teams should be on upset alert this weekend?

It is hard to believe but we have reached the half way mark of the 2018 college football season. It has been a fun first half of the year and the second half should be just as good with conference races taking shape.

For our Week 6 upset picks, we picked three out of five correct. Iowa State beat Oklahoma State in a shootout. LSU got upset by the Gators in The Swamp. Lastly, Texas beat Oklahoma in a wild Red River Rivalry. Our other picks were Notre Dame losing to Virginia Tech, which was close at halftime until the Irish dominated the second half. We also had NC State on alert and they had to stave off a Boston College upset bid.

Last week featured three top ten teams going down. Week 7 features three ranked versus ranked battles plus some other intriguing match ups.

We went big last week and predicted three top 10 teams losing, which we got the number correct but missed on one of the teams. This week we are predicting two more top 10 teams to fall. As always the lines are are provided by OddsShark.
