1. The Auburn Tigers handed Tennessee this game

This one was a mess for those in orange and blue. Yes, they lost by six and that isn’t a huge loss, but when you are playing Tennessee that is extremely disappointing. Let’s just break down what happened and how Jarrett Stidham was outplayed by Jarrett Guarantano of the Tennessee Volunteers.

First of all, Stidham turned the ball over three times. That isn’t good against anyone, not even a team who is considered the bottom of the SEC. You can’t write off anyone in this conference and that was shown as the Tigers continued to screw up and hand off the ball to the other team over and over.

The penalty yardage was about the same for both teams. Five for about 40 yards for each team. However, when you couple that with the fact that Tennessee took care of the ball while the Auburn didn’t, everything makes sense. Auburn’s season is about over at this point in terms of getting to a bowl game that means much of anything, especially when they are on the road to end the season against Alabama and Georgia.

Good luck, Tigers, you are going to need it the rest of this season.
