1. Nate Stanley stays hot

As I alluded to in the open, Nate Stanley is playing out of his mind right now and is one of the hottest quarterbacks in college football. He might have the most arm talent of any quarterback of the Kirk Ferentz era at Iowa, and all you need to prove that is to show his ridiculous touchdown pass to Nick Easley last week against Indiana.

The Terrapins defense does pose a much more threatening defense than Indiana and Minnesota. In their game last week against Rutgers, Maryland held the Scarlet Knights to EIGHT yards passing and five interceptions. Unfortunately for Maryland, there are a lot of FCS and Divison II programs who could do similar things to Rutgers.

Nate Stanley’s tear will not stop this week as I expect another 300+ yards and three or more touchdowns from the star junior quarterback.
