1. Auburn gets a bounce-back win to move back up a bit in the West.

First, let me say this. Beating Ole Miss won’t establish you as a powerhouse in the SEC West. No one really seems to be thinking that though as the biggest win the Rebels have so far is over Arkansas who lost to North Texas and Colorado State, you know, if no one already knew how bad the Razorbacks really were.

Jarrett Stidham hasn’t been the best quarterback of the year by far, but he has done enough to keep his team semi-relevant, though they aren’t sitting atop the West as they were a season ago. They aren’t even close really now that LSU is flying as high as they are after beating Georgia, and Auburn for that matter, head to head.

However, all that being said, this should be an Auburn win. Yes, they are on the road, but is anyone really scared to play at Vaught Hemingway ever? That stadium may be the smallest in the conference and just isn’t all that loud, though part of that may be due to having a team that has been less than exciting.

Sorry Ole Miss fans, but you will very likely stay bottom dwellers of the conference this season as the Auburn Tigers bounce back on the road as they try to get their season back on track pre-Iron Bowl.
