1. Clemson wins by one score

The line for Saturday’s game is 17.5 points in favor of Clemson, but don’t expect that type of lopsided victory for the Tigers. Actually, you can expect the Wolfpack to give the Tigers a run for their money, keeping the game close until the final whistle.

How close? Ryan Finley and the Wolfpack offense will have a solid game, as he’ll throw four touchdown passes to keep NC State in the game. He may even give the Wolfpack a slight lead late in the game, forcing another Clemson comeback.

Don’t get me wrong, I still have Clemson winning this one and improving to 7-0 on the season, but it’s not going to be as comfortable a win as Vegas is predicting.

North Carolina State is a good team and arguably the lone remaining threat to Clemson for the ACC title and this one will feel like a championship game.

Clemson wins a close one thanks to a late 67-yard touchdown run by Travis Etienne to give the Tigers the lead for good.
