Running Backs

AJ Dillon – Boston College

The Eagles star running back is coming back and in perfect time for Boston College to host Miami (FL) on Friday night. It’s a massive game for the Boston College, who still have an outside chance of chasing down Clemson if it can just not slip up along the way. Dillon has run for 652 yards and six touchdowns this season and has been the catalyst of Boston College’s offense.

Darrell Henderson – Memphis

If you had to guess who the FBS leader in rushing was, would you have ever said Memphis’ Darrell Henderson? Henderson has 1148 rushing yards and 13 rushing touchdowns (3rd in FBS) this season. He’s a major cog of the Tigers offense. He also left the game against Missouri with an undisclosed injury and never returned. The Tigers are on bye this coming week but optimism seems high around the program that he can return before the team’s game vs. East Carolina in Week 10.

Bryce Love – Stanford

Love is questionable again for the Cardinal, who play Washington State in primetime on Saturday. Love carried the ball 11 times for 21 yards last week against Arizona State but was very limited and has already missed two games this season. The Cardinal rush offense has been dreadful this season, ranking 126th in total rushing yards and have only seven rushing touchdowns.
