November kicks off with a huge slate of games for Week 10. Which ranked teams should be wary being tripped up this weekend?
It is a great weekend to be a college football fan. Week 10 offers up some huge match-ups with four ranked versus ranked games. All eyes will be on the SEC with two top 10 games, but there are plenty of quality offerings elsewhere as well.
We got back on the right side of picking upsets last week for Week 9. Wisconsin lost to Northwestern and with it gave up control of the Big Ten West. NC State suffered their second loss of the season on the road at Syracuse in a shootout. Finally we predicted Texas would fall at Oklahoma State. The Cowboys dominated the Longhorns in the first half then hung on to close out the upset. Texas took a step back in their quest for a playoff bid as result.
With many monster match-ups on the docket this weekend, we should expect some upsets to shakeup the conference title races and playoff rankings again. This season has been a little odd but it has made for a fun ride so far. November could bring some real chaos. It is all fun unless it is your team on the losing end.
