Haskins hits 45

Dwayne Haskins has been dominant all season. Regardless if it’s throwing the deep ball or screen pass, his passing numbers are ridiculous. Entering November, Haskins has 2,801 yards and 30 touchdowns while completing 71 percent of his passes and throwing just five interceptions. Haskins is an obvious Heisman Candidate and a strong month from both him and the Buckeyes, could have him hoisting up that trophy come early December. But how big of a month will he need to have?

Well one thing that would help Haskins’ Heisman case argument is finishing the regular season with 45 or more passing touchdowns. It seems that reaching that mark would be a stretch but it actually goes right along with Haskins’ touchdown average per game. 45 or more passing touchdowns in a season is to easy feat to accomplish but with his arm and his weapons, Haskins is well on his way to lighting up the scoreboard.

Just imagine, Haskins would still have potentially two games to get over the 50 touchdown mark as he eyes down the all-time single-season record.
