The month feared by each and every Texas A&M football fan is upon us- November. How will the home stretch turn out for the Aggies this season?

If you didn’t know, Texas A&M has a history of falling apart late in the season especially since joining the SEC. It would seem that since Johnny Manziel left Aggieland this team hasn’t been able to sustain the success that they began the season with.

Will this year be different? Will Jimbo Fisher be able to take this team to a big time bowl game due to a strong finish on the season? Let’s talk bold predictions for November.

5. Kellen Mond has a strong month, restoring his confidence levels.

At the start of the season, we saw a completely different Kellen Mond than we saw in 2017. We saw a Kellen Mond that finally believed himself to be a bonafide SEC quarterback, one that could stand toe to toe with anyone in the world of football. That confidence level has done amazing things for Mond and as a result this team has been able to be relatively successful.

How will that confidence shake out in a month that has been hell for his team in quite a few seasons past? Will Mond be able to be the leader that the Aggies need to get through November? My bold prediction answers both of those questions. The trials Mond has faced in the season and about three quarters that he has been an Aggie has brought him to this moment. It has brought him leadership qualities that we have seen flashes of on the field and I think that November will be his time to shine.

Look out for Kellen Mond to have a couple big-time career moments this month for sure.
