Clemson Football: 5 players who earned Blitz Stickers in Week 10
By Dana Becker
5. Kendall Joseph, LB
When you score 77 points, it is kind of easy to ignore most of the defense from the day. But Clemson had some pretty impressive performances on that side of the ball, as well.
Kendall Joseph was the brightest of them all, as he recorded 10 total tackles, two being for loss, with 1.5 sacks to lead the way. The linebacker was all over the field despite not playing the entire 60 minutes due to the scoring being so lopsided.
The Tiger defense as a unit had six sacks of Louisville quarterbacks and nine tackles for loss, picking off two passes. Joseph, a senior three-year starter for Clemson, has now made over 250 tackles in his career including 20-plus for loss.
No opponent has scored over 16 points against Clemson since Syracuse posted 23 back in late September. The 26 scored by Texas A&M is the most they have given up on the season, with the last four scoring a combined 36 points.
