Texas A&M Football: 3 bold predictions vs. Ole Miss in Week 11

1. Jordan Ta’amu, AJ Brown will be big-time playmakers in this one

Not that there is anything new in the sentence above, but I can only hope and pray that the Aggies are preparing for the likes of AJ Brown. This is a guy that will go up and get the ball when it is thrown his way. He will contest the defender and enforce his will against a weaker defenseman.

The issue? The Aggie secondary is not good. Throwing the ball, something that Ta’amu does reasonably well, has been a game plan that has worked well for team after team so far this season because the secondary just hasn’t been able to lock much of anything down.

As a result, they have quite a few games in the loss column that could just as easily have been wins.

My bold prediction? The play of Brown and Ta’amu will be a deciding factor in this one. If they both can get going and keep A&M on their heels, it could get ugly fast in College Station. If the Aggie defense is able to lock down and keep both in check, this should be a win for the Maroon and White.
