The college football season is winding down. There are only two weeks left for teams to gain bowl eligibility or make a push for the playoff. Let’s get bold.

College football is almost gone for the year y’all. That is extremely sad for us all, but all we can do at this point is enjoy what we have left- the push for division crowns, the push for the College Football Playoff. We have had 11 weeks of excitement, twists, turns and Alabama rolling over everyone in sight. Will Week 12 be any different?

Without further ado, let’s get bold y’all.

5. Texas falls to Iowa State

I won’t pretend to hide my distaste for the Texas Longhorns. I won’t pretend that I think that they are anywhere near back either. It also doesn’t help that their head coach is in over his head with drama that rivals that of a group of high school girls — just with topics that are a bit more serious and have people’s jobs hanging in the balance.

Simply put, the Longhorns need this win after needing a last minute drive to knock off the Red Raiders, a team that isn’t exactly good so far this season. They have been up and down with an extremely bad defense. This team hasn’t been much of anything in the last couple years and it has put Kliff Kingsbury on the hot seat. That is not a team to which the Longhorns should be nearly losing.

Now, with all of the distraction around Austin and with how good Iowa State has actually been, this is honestly the Cyclones game to lose.
