4. Things get crazy when Ole Miss and Vanderbilt meet up

Vanderbilt hasn’t been exactly the shining star of the SEC East this season. Of course when are they ever? This is a team that only contributes semi decent baseball to the conference as a whole. Vanderbilt also has the issue of not being able to sustain success in literally anything. They nearly knocked off Notre Dame earlier this season and since then have done a whole lot of nothing.

On the other side of this one is the Ole Miss Rebels, a team with an extremely strong offense and an extremely crappy defense. Besides opening the season with a blow out win over Texas Tech, this team has had yet another season to forget. It doesn’t help that they aren’t eligible for post season play, meaning that the fans have a lot less to look forward to.

While everyone is looking forward to Alabama and Georgia butting heads a few weeks down the road in the SEC title game, a battle of the bottom could be just as exciting. This game consistently gets weird for both teams as they haven’t been super high achieving recently, but both like to turn things on for this game — normally in front of about half the normal SEC crowd as many fans have given up all hope at this point.

Watch this one y’all, but like on TV because no one needs to sit through this one live and in person.
