Outside of Alabama and Georgia, SEC football is a jumbled mess of teams that beat up on each other. How do the power rankings stack up through Week 11?

With Alabama and Georgia locking up their respective titles two weeks ago, they have all but locked up their positions within the conference. However, the rest of the conference isn’t as lucky.

Everyone continues to jumble around as they beat one team only to lose to a team who just lost to the team they beat. Did you keep up with all that? Yeah, me either. A

nyway, without further ado, let’s try to sort through this mess shall we?

This may have been the easiest team to rank despite them hanging around with LSU as long as they did. Let’s be real- that was more the Tigers going into cruise control than it was the Razorbacks actually putting something together to save an altogether crappy season.

Of course, like all new coaches, you have to give them a few years to get their recruits in and make a big-time change in the program. Chad Morris, we will give you time. However, this was not the best audition as it were no matter what you were left with when you came in at the start of the season.

The Commodores move down two spots this week as they sit at 1-5 in conference this year. Their only SEC win comes against Arkansas, the team that is below them in these rankings. Yeah sure, the Commodores hung around with Notre Dame for a hot minute. However, how long does that mean anything? How long do they get to hang onto that?

Let me tell you right now, if Derek Mason doesn’t figure this thing out- he may be out of a job sooner rather than later. Of course, I could be wrong because no one that attends Vanderbilt seems to actually care about football, but we shall see.
