1. Justin Herbert will be missed in Eugene

A career which started abruptly during a true freshman season just two years ago could potentially be coming to an end as Justin Herbert may have played his last game in Eugene.

The junior quarterback could opt to enter the 2019 NFL Draft and forgo his senior season for a chance to be selected in the first round.

Even in his “bad” games, Herbert still has a positive impact. Arizona State intercepted two of his passes, one of which nearly cost the Ducks the game, but he still came up clutch with two touchdowns and 262 yards.

On the season, he has passed for about 2,900 yards and 27 touchdowns to just eight interceptions and a completion rate of about 59 percent. He has posted career-highs and he’s never really reached his potential. That just goes to show just how talented this kid is and how much he’ll be missed in Eugene.

It seems like his career began just yesterday, but Herbert’s time in Eugene may very well be up, and if that’s the case, the Ducks will have a tough time replacing him.
