2. At this rate, we should all start recruiting in Hawaii

If you don’t get this point, you really haven’t been watching college football this season. Two of the nation’s undefeated quarterbacks hail from the Hawaiian Islands. That would be Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa and UCF’s Mckenzie Milton. These two, who played youth football together and are still friends to this day, may just be two of the best quarterbacks football has to offer right now.

Of course, we have all heard about Tua Tagovailoa and how good this year’s Alabama team is. We could sit here and talk about how Tua has taken the Tide from great to excellent. However, I am not going to do that because honestly we are all sick of hearing about it.

UCF’s Mckenzie Milton has done what Tua has done for Alabama — just on a slightly smaller level. He has taken a team that was consistently good, consistently in bowl games and brought them to the level that they are right now — on a 23-game winning streak and knocking on the door of the College Football Playoff.

Have they done enough to earn a spot in that top-four yet? We will discuss that soon. What I can tell you is that Milton has been a blessing for UCF and if guys like Tua and Mckenzie are brewed on the islands- maybe more coaches should start recruiting down there.
