Texas looked awesome against Iowa State, and because of that, they move back into the second spot. I still have questions about how sustainable their rushing attack is, if they can play any kind of good defense consistently, and of course, if Sam Ehlinger is healthy, but I’m rewarding this week. They should beat Kansas and will likely get a rematch with Oklahoma, and that’s pretty great progress for this program back to where it wants to be.

Oklahoma looked sloppy, played terrible defense, and just generally didn’t look prepared against Kansas, and they still won by 15. I have serious concerns about what this defense will do against West Virginia, but the offense is as good as any in the country.

To this point, Oklahoma is the king in the Big 12, and I just don’t see that changing unless Texas has enough to take them down again in the Big 12 championship game.
