Big 12 Football Recruiting: Top 10 recruits joining the conference in 2019

There’s a talented group of players joining Big 12 football in the 2019 recruiting class. Here, we’ll list the top 10 making that jump.

Whether scouts are traveling cross-country to visit a prospect in-home, or those prospects are visiting college stadiums on Saturday’s, it’s always recruiting season in college football. And the usual suspects — Oklahoma and Texas — are the biggest draws, but other Big 12 members garner attention from the country’s top recruits, too.

This list will display the 10 best recruits joining the Big 12 in 2019 and how they’ll fit with their new team. It’s dominated by Sooners and Longhorns — much like the 2018 season — but Oklahoma and Texas each have consensus Top 10 recruiting classes among the national ranking systems.

With that said, these players didn’t quite crack our list, but they’ll have an impact on their future teams and deserve to be mentioned: Osita Smith, West Virginia; Chris Herron, Kansas State; Grayson Boomer, Oklahoma State; Isaiah Hazel, West Virginia; Bradyen Liebrok, Texas; EJ Ndoma-Ogar, Oklahoma; and Kenyatta Watson II, Texas.

There are recruits who’ve yet to announce their commitment, but this list is solely those who’ve already done so. Ready to meet the future of the Big 12?
