2019 NFL Mock Draft: Projected first round after the college football season

The latest 2019 NFL mock draft sees new faces enter the fold, while a major roster move in Kansas City has changed the outlook of the NFL Draft and the franchise.

Our 2019 NFL mock draft series has seen the regular names stay at the top of the board, but a few teams dealing with injuries, or improved play has made this week very interesting.

Washington will have to come to terms with the loss of Alex Smith, and we will have to wait and see what the future holds for Kareem Hunt.

A few draft-eligible players have already opted to skip their team’s bowl games in preparation for the NFL draft, and we should see that become the norm over the next couple of seasons, as one injury can hurt a player financially when coming out of college. At the very least, it won’t hurt the draft stock of those eligible players who chose to move on to the NFL Draft.

With the San Francisco 49ers on the clock let’s take a look at our updated first round of the 2019 draft.
