2018 Heisman Trophy: Kyler Murray etches his place in history

The 2018 Heisman Trophy came down to three of the best quarterbacks in the nation and Kyler Murray delivered, giving Oklahoma back to back winners.

As we head into bowl season, the Heisman Trophy took front and center stage on the college football landscape. The ceremony did its job keeping things moving along nicely, to keep fans engaged throughout.

Each quarterback got their fair share of time with sit down interviews with Tom Rinaldi, and time with Chris Fowler who hosted the ceremony. Fans saw baby pictures, heard from family members and got to know the people behind the helmets.

When it came time for the dramatic reveal, Kyler Murray was named the 2018 Heisman Trophy winner. Following in the footsteps of Baker Mayfield, he became the second consecutive Oklahoma quarterback to win the prestigious award.
