1. Is Texas finally back or are we being deceived once again?

This has been the question for the last several years. It all started with a tweet in 2016, shown below. The Longhorns opened the season against Notre Dame and when they were able to win that one, so naturally that means that the Longhorns are back to national prominence right? Wrong.

Now, because this is how the internet works, this tweet comes back to the surface every time the Longhorns win one or two big games and then screw up everything when it means the most.

So now, the question is this. Is Texas actually back this time? Will they be able to get their passing game going and take advantage of the lack of pass rush that Georgia has this season? Or will they simply crumble under the pressure once again and prove that the Big 12 can’t compare to what SEC teams go through each and every season.

My bold prediction? This game is a huge one for the Longhorns. It will signify one of two things. First, Texas is finally turning the corner and getting back to it’s glory days. Or second, they once again played the fake it till you make it game and didn’t make it — not even close.
