2. Penn State’s Trace McSorley is easily the better quarterback

Kentucky’s Terry Wilson hasn’t been all that great this season. He has done enough, with the help of his defense, to win nine games this season. However, his lack of ability to finish drives cost him big time against Texas A&M, Georgia and shockingly enough Tennessee. Why? Because Wilson and his offense couldn’t sustain enough to score more than the other team.

On the other side, we have Trace McSorley, who has losses to Ohio State, Michigan and Michigan State. Those losses aren’t much to be disappointed in — especially with the Ohio State loss only coming by a single point. His highlights are shown below.

McSorley has 2,265 yards passing with about a 53 percent completion rate. While that isn’t exactly the best of the best in terms of completion, but it is enough to stand toe to toe with the Big 10 this season, so that is something for sure. He has 16 touchdowns to six interceptions on the season. He has also grabbed quite a few rushing yards — sitting at 723 yards and 11 touchdowns on the season.

I’m telling you right now that McSorley will easily out-quarterback Terry Wilson in the early afternoon of New Year’s Day. Wilson isn’t all that bad, let me make that clear. You don’t get called Touchdown Wilson by accident. However, he doesn’t have enough in the tank to out play McSorley, he just doesn’t.
