NFL Draft 2019: Underclassmen declaration tracker
Record numbers of underclassmen declare for the NFL Draft every year and the 2019 NFL Draft promises to be no exception. Here are the latest players who will leave school early.
Defensive tackle Ed Oliver out of Houston made noise before the 2018 season started when he declared for the NFL Draft before he played his first down. He was the first underclassmen to announce he’d be leaving school early. Since then, dozens have followed suit and thrown their names into the 2019 NFL Draft ring.
At least 90 underclassmen have been granted eligibility to enter the draft in four of the past five seasons, with 106 underclassmen declaring for the 2018 NFL Draft. 37 of those 106 went undrafted. It’s a careful calculus for all of these players with more at stake than just a draft spot. There could be more than 100 underclassmen declare again this year. Here are the players in so far:

The 2019 NFL Draft will take place from April 25 to April 27 in Nashville, Tennessee. The Arizona Cardinals will have the first selection followed by San Francisco 49ers, New York Jets, Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers who round out the Top 5.
