4. Kendrick Roger’s “what the catch” against LSU in overtime.

This play still sends shockwaves through Aggie and Tiger fans everywhere. If you missed this game, well let me set the scene because three out of the last four plays in this countdown come directly from the fourth quarter or overtime against the LSU Tigers to close out the regular season.

The first big-time statistic? Texas A&M hadn’t been able to take down the Tigers since joining the SEC since 2012. Even worse? They hadn’t beat LSU since the 1995 season. Those aren’t exactly statistics that anyone is proud of over in College Station. However, Fisher and his players made it clear that it wasn’t going to be like it used to be. In fact, that phrase has gone viral for Aggie fans around the nation.

“It ain’t gonna be like it used to be,” Jimbo Fisher said as he began his tenure in Aggieland and if anything this game showed exactly that.

Let’s start the three LSU top plays with one of the most impressive catches you will see in quite a while. In a play that was full of undeniable PI, Kendrick Rogers pulled in a beautiful throw by quarterback Kellen Mond. However, the fact that it was a touchdown or that it was caught isn’t the magical part. No, it’s the fact that he was quite basically being pinned down and was still able to pull this one in and send the game to a fourth overtime.
