4. Micah Parsons could be an all-time great

Micah Parsons led Penn State with 82 tackles this season without starting many of the games in 2018. He is a very special player with the potential to be an all-time great at Penn State.

He was named to the 247sports True Freshman All-American team both at midseason and at the conclusion of the regular season. He was also an All-Big Ten honorable mention by the media.

Parsons was a top-five recruit in his class and has not disappointed. His athleticism alone makes him very special, but his instincts at linebacker make him a very dangerous player that can make game-changing plays.

He has the potential to be a first-round pick in two years and could be one of the best linebackers in Penn State history. He would have to surpass the likes of LaVar Arrington, Paul Posluszny, Jack Ham, Shane Conlan, and more, but he has the potential to do it. Fans will have to wait and see if he takes a step forward in 2019 as a clear starter.
