Some NFL Draft prospects have already seen their stock begin to fall since the end of the college football season. Here’s 10 prospects who could fall out of the first round.

With the Senior Bowl and other college All-Star games in the rear-view mirror, NFL scouts have already begun nitpicking prospects with fine-tooth combs to uncover potential fatal flaws. Some of college football’s biggest names could see their draft stock plummet between now and April.

Some warts have already been discovered in the early part of the pre-draft process, and more will undoubtedly come to light over the coming months ahead of the draft.

Likewise, plenty of unheralded prospects have begun their ascent up draft boards with impressive showings in Mobile and on other All-Star circuits. Previously, we examined 10 prospects who have seen their arrows pointed upward when it comes to their NFL Draft stock; 10 guys who could surprisingly find themselves selected among the first 32 picks of the first round.

Next, we’re going to look at the other end of that spectrum. We’re going to take a look at 10 players whose arrows are pointed downward, or in the very least could see their stocks fall over the next couple of months.

This is a tougher task because there haven’t been a lot of players who have long been projected as first round picks who have shown flaws that could knock them down some. Several of these players could slip just because others have risen; there are only 32 first round selections so there’s always a few players who surprisingly slip to the second day that no one saw coming.

The surprising aspect makes this almost an impossible task. There’s undoubtedly players on this list who will show out at the combine and at their respective pro-days who will make this writing look foolish as they clinch their spots in the first round. There’s also undoubtedly going to be players not on this list who end up sliding to day two.

In any case, I’m going to do my best to predict 10 players who could surprisingly slide out of the first round in April, accompanied by the reasoning behind it:
