1. This team has to buy into whatever Chad Morris is selling.

Very few people right now seem to truly believe in Chad Morris and what he is doing at Arkansas- or at least that is what it seems like to me. There were quite a few new coaches in the SEC in 2018 and so many of them did so well with what they had and then there was Chad Morris who quiet literally was simply defeated from the top of the season to the bottom.

Basically, this team has a lot of issues to fix and the majority of them can be fixed by buying into whatever it is their head coach is selling as his ideal for the program. Look at a program like Texas A&M or Mississippi State, both have bought into their new head coach and it shows based on what they have put on the field. On the other side, we have Arkansas who has done little to nothing in terms of putting everything together and actually finding victory each week.

In summary, Arkansas has quite a bit of fixing to do. They need to find a quarterback, some leaders and win games that actually matter. Until they do those things, this one will consistently be a bottom of the barrel SEC program.
