This one could actually be a toss-up between Myles Farmer and fellow Georgia prospect Quinton Newsome who are both ranked essentially the same, per 247Sports. Farmer is No. 701 overall and the 54th-best safety and Newsome is 706 overall and listed as the No. 55 safety.

Truly, this spot could go to either guy, but I’m going with the players who is ranked slightly higher and is about an inch and 15 pounds heavier at 6-foot-3 and 195 pounds.

Farmer could be a strong safety possibility for the Cornhuskers who will be looking for someone to replace Aaron Williams. Tre Neal, too, is gone, leaving the defensive backfield up for grabs and the Cornhuskers could definitely use some help there.

The incoming freshman from Atlanta is a good option with his size and aggressiveness. It’s clear this kid loves to hit and he has the versatility to play some as a linebacker, although he may be too small at the next level to be a hybrid-type.
