Ohio State Football: 5 incoming freshmen who’ll have instant impact in 2019
Clearly Urban Meyer and Ryan Day made the state of Georgia a priority as they landed Steele Chambers as well as five-star center Harry Miller in the 2019 class. That’s what you call winning in SEC country, landing two guys who would normally choose the likes of Alabama or Georgia.
Miller is ranked the No. 2 center in the class and the 30th-best player overall, according to the 247Sports Composite. The five-star from Buford, Ga., also has a chance to compete for starting snaps with the Buckeyes this fall.
Michael Jordan announced he’d be pursuing his NFL dreams after the 2018 season when he was named an All-American center after starting at guard for his first two seasons in Columbus, leaving a huge void in the middle of the offensive line. That void could be filled by sophomore Josh Myers, but don’t sleep on Miller.
This kid is a monster in the middle and he’s a load to handle at 6-foot-3 and 305 pounds. Imagine going up against that as a defensive tackle or blitzing linebacker — yeah, you’re just not getting through.
