With the 2019 NFL Draft combine getting started this week in Indianapolis, we examine 10 intriguing prospects to watch as draft season cranks up a notch.

If draft season wasn’t already here, then the beginning of the 2019 NFL Draft combine in Indianapolis kicks it off in earnest as the top prospects in the country compete and look to improve their stock with the eyes of each NFL franchise fixed squarely on the proceedings at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Plenty of prospects have already begun moving up and down draft boards based on various performances in All-Star games such as the Senior Bowl, as well as some noticeable flaws being unearthed with more in-depth film-study.

The combine has historically helped to unearth gems as well as raising red flags for prospects who looked like first round locks heading into the week’s proceedings. Each player will be picked at with a fine-toothed comb, with everything from their grooming habits, posture, and articulation being nit-picked by various scouts and coaches. Their evaluation beings when they first step off of the bus.

The majority of players will have an opportunity to make up for lackluster performances at their pro day, but the impression left at the combine will not be forgotten regardless of what happens after.

There’s a ton of intriguing prospects who will be going through drills this week, with a particular Heisman Trophy winner garnering the most eyeballs.
