Remember the last time Notre Dame and Virginia played? DeShone Kizer was the quarterback for the Irish after Malik Zaire went down with a season-ending injury and all hope for the season seemed to be lost, but the Irish still found a way to win.

In fact, Kizer came up clutch in the final seconds as his Hail Mary was caught for the game-winning score as time expired and the Irish escaped a disappointing loss in Charlottesville.

This time around, Virginia is headed to Notre Dame for a rematch and you shouldn’t expect as close of a game as the Irish have too much offense.

Ian Book is facing a decent defense which allowed just 183 yards passing per game last season, but don’t expect him to back down as Brian Kelly dials up an aerial attack which will be tough to slow. He’ll pass for over 300 yards after a tough game at Georgia and the Irish rushing attack will go for over 150 yards.

Virginia will come for revenge and leave with disappointment.

Final Score: Virginia 14, Notre Dame 31 (3-1)
