Wide Receivers and Tight Ends

Starting Wide Receivers: Kendrick Rogers, Quartney Davis, Jalen Preston
Backups: Jhamon Aubson, Camron Buckley, Hezekiah Jones, Rosahauud Paul, Caleb Chapman

The Aggies have no shortage of wideouts in 2019, that much is for sure. However, look for Jalen Preston out of Manvel to really make his debut in a big way in his second year on campus. He didn’t exactly have the first season that he wanted, redshirting instead.

In addition to him, you have two guys that proved themselves beyond a shadow of a doubt, Kendrick Rogers and Quartney Davis. Don’t believe me? Go watch the highlights from 2018 matchups against Clemson and LSU. Both guys made names for themselves quickly.

It is hard to narrow down who the first line backups will be as the Aggies have no shortage in this position, much like at the running back spot. Every single one has their talents though and could play quite well in 2019 for Jimbo Fisher and company.

Starting Tight End: Glenn Beal
Backup: Baylor Cupp

Texas A&M is sadly losing Jace Sternberger, one of the better tight ends that this team has seen in quite a while. However, both of these guys have the ability to fill in that spot though it will take quite a bit to do so. Look for Baylor Cupp, the true freshman to make a big move toward that starting spot though.
