Although Penn State did land former five-star Florida State receiver George Campbell via transfer, John Dunmore could still make some noise in 2019.

The four-star incoming freshman from Hollywood, Fla., has solid size at 6-foot-2 and 172 pounds but he will have his work cut out as he’ll get to campus a bit later than his early enrollee classmates. Despite not being an early enrollee, Dunmore is the top-ranked receiver Penn State has coming in with the 2019 class.

Dunmore is an athletic wide out with solid hands and breakaway speed when he gets into the open field. He can also make the tough catch with defenders draped all over him and shows impressive concentration for a young wide out.

The Florida-native is ranked No. 120 overall in the class and he’s the nation’s No. 20 receiver, according to 247Sports. Expect to see him on the field early on with the receiving corps losing some big pieces from 2018.
