Remember when I said Michigan is known for developing solid defensive line stars? Well, Aidan Hutchinson isn’t going to be the only potential breakout star this spring.

Meet Kwity Paye who stepped up in 10 appearances in 2018, recording 27 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks. He looked like a budding star for the Wolverines and with Chase Winovich gone, Paye’s time is here.

Paye is entering his junior season with the Wolverines and that means Don Brown has already done enough coaching and molding to the point that he’s ready to shine. He has the experience and the talent to become a household name for the Wolverines this fall.

Keep an eye on Paye this spring as he keeps developing as a player to be reckoned with.

Will Jim Harbaugh trust him the way he did Winovich and Rashan Gary? Not right away, but my prediction here is that he makes Michigan fans slightly forget about the aforementioned defensive line stars early on.
